Refund Policy — Digital Products
All products in the AmeriDisability shop are digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.
We stand behind every file. If your download link doesn’t work, your file arrives damaged, or you were accidentally charged twice for the same item, contact us through our Contact Us page and we’ll make it right — typically by re-sending your file or correcting the duplicate charge.
Please review each product’s description carefully before purchasing. If you have a question about whether a toolkit or planner is right for you, we’re happy to help before you buy.
